I'm sure Herm will resurface, but he's a politician, not a head coach. Look at his teams and they were progressively worse in each stop. I know circumstances weren't on his side in New York when everyone was injured and KC went with a youth movement, but he lost so many games in KC this year that shouldn't have been lost. Herm also stressed defense and his defense was #31 and this was only because Detroit existed.
The San Diego and Tampa Bay debacles are classic losses that I won't forget for a long time being a Chiefs fan.
Not sure who the Quiefs will sign, but they have their work cutout for them.
