If you dont think the NFL is rigged then you are gullible

We know it is. People just WON'T believe. A lot of things people wouldn't or won't believe goes on everyday.

Had no money involved but you DONT make that call deciding a game.

Guess payback is a Bitch then....lets not forget the tuck rule in the playoffs a few years ago....Patriots always get the calls....I had the Jets...and finally the dickheads finally got a taste of there own medicine

Horrible way to decide a game. I actually like the call in a way.....but not there. I'm getting so tired of players pushing their own teammates to gain an advantage and turn the game into a rugby scrum.

BUT....when was the last time refs called "aiding the runner"?? If you aren't going to call a guy pushing the QB or pushing a RB.....which I really want them to do......then how in the hell do you call THAT today???? Just an absolute bullshit way to decide a game.

I was on Jets +4 and I think people know I don't like the Pats. Just a very shitty, very inconsistent call....unreal.

Patriots always play in the edge of the rules, they have a really lawyer kind of approach to their game plan, technicallities and BS are always involved with them, like the blocking short routes they always use with receivers or in this case, the way they pushed to block the ball.

The kid has no guilt, he just follow orders from trainning, and after the fumble named tuck rule that made this dinasty I think they have to take all the shot they get because thats the way it is, to win or lose sometimes.

I am sorry you had a loser on it, but you cannot blame the refs to call a penalty when it take place in a play, it wasnt a ghots penalty was to rigorist only

Probably the first time I've ever been on the good side of a "wow, I've never seen that before" call.

I consider it pay back from the gambling gods on that ridiculous NW/Ohio State game.

guess everyone in this thread had ML action, as the Pats weren't going to cover the # whether the refs made that call or not

The call was correct and the rule just implemented before the season started. It was confirmed by Bellicheat (rules committee), and the NFL Chief of Officiating as I listened to the postgame news conference on the Pat's radio network....sick way for it to end, but the correct call was made from the refs. They get so much heat for wrong calls all the time I figured I'd give them credit for once....

call was terrible

but that happens everyweek. bad calls are part of the game

I have no problem with the result of the game. I think NYJ were the better team today. dumb dumb call, but I think the better team won.

Rex ryan and a rookie QB sitting at 4-3 with wins over tom brady and matt ryan should be the real story here.
