NFL game totals OVER in Week 1 if teased the 10 points you get on 3-teamers...went 16-0!

NFL game totals OVER in Week 2 if teased the 10points you get on 3-teamers...went 14-2!

That's 30-2 over the first two weeks.

I happen to be a big fan of defense, but I'm an even bigger fan of $$$. The rules the NFL has in place to get higher scoring games (defense really can't play defense anymore) is producing these overs. However, the linesmakers haven't really adjusted since the explosion of offense started a few years ago.

An UNDER fan, like me, MUST take advantage of this and change my approach. It seems if a game goes under the total, it barely goes under the total....making teasing the OVER down 10 points a GREAT strategy.

I'll be keeping track of this...let's see if Vegas finally adjusts. I know they don't like to hand out easy money..so I expect them to raise the totals a bit. Still, very interesting.

absolutely. However, I do expect the lines to get a bit "tighter" as the season progresses...making teasing the total down 10 points even more effective.
I've noticed this for a few years, but didn't want to change my capping style. It's time to. This league is all about scoring points..and fans love it. You see much more 30-27 games than you see 17-10 games.

thanks four corners. I already counted this Monday night game a winner, as soon as 34 points were surpassed...so it is 30-2.
