wareagle, I've hit two big ones this year, one for
over $3900, the other for $2900. But when I hit
those, I take all the $$$ out and just re-up every
week. In the past I would leave a bunch in and
just piss it away on stupid bets. By the time it got
to the Dall/NO game, I would have had very little
time to scramble around and gather the funds to
re-up. Sunday is a tuff day to do that sort of thing.
I only made those two plays this weekend so that
was all I had in my account. I should probably leave
more in just for that reason, but I try to limit my
plays, especially playing with house money. I get
a lot of pleasure out of building a parlay and teasor
so it was well worth losing $200, especially getting
that close. Even though they didn't come thru,
I had a fun day yesterday. I'm not your average
gambler. I don't risk much, and the rewards can
be :scared
Sorry if I came across the wrong way up above,
I just build a parlay and teasor a little different
than most people do. I like 5Dimes because they
make it real easy to tease or buy points on a
parlay. It's a lot of fun for me. Some people roll
their eyes at parlays and teasors. But there is no
better feeling than hitting one. And I've hit my
share. :tmi:
