The Houston Texans have a lot to look forward to.

Not only will they get quarterback Deshaun Watson and defensive end J.J. Watt back on the field after they missed much of last season with injuries, but the AFC South hopefuls will embark on their 2018 campaign with the easiest strength of schedule in the National Football League.

That is, at least based on how things finished in 2017.

Judging the future by the past is always something of a dangerous proposition, given that just because things shaped up in one way recently doesn?t mean that they?ll be the same way in the year to come, but it?s still interesting to get an early look on what the competition could look like.
