The Seahawks play well at home with some saying in the loudest stadium. They lead the league in creating false starts, and are 7-3-1 ATS L10 at home. Hasselback has an improved receiving core and offensive line, even if Okung sits. On defense, the DL and LB's are solid. I expect the Niners will not exploit the backfield very often with the Seattle blitz happy defense and an inexperienced offensive line.
