7 pt tease: Atlanta pk & Over 37 (3 units) :00hour - Falcons played Saints well at home and looked lost in Cincy, TB exposed vs Rams LW and definitely by Carolina, Matty Ryan better QB than what TB has faced thus far, Atlanta should take care of bidness at home!!
Atlanta -6 (3 units) :00hour - Come on folks, why would you play Tampa? They have a new HC even with his NFL HC experience, they have a new QB in place that did not start for them LY, they just lost to the Rams at home? The Rams lost at home with the same team other than Davis @ QB and you are going to take Tampa? Really??? Falcons at home have an advantage, they have an experienced QB and some depth at WR, Hester anyone? Roddy White is out? Ok, that's one player, you still have Julio Jones and Douglas as well don't ya? Don't have have TEs and RBs? Key element in Jacquizz Rodgers and DBs may give Tampa some trouble on deep routes. I have Falcons winning by 7 at the least, so that's who I'm playing. The opening number was -5 1/2 and yeah, 72% public on the side is on Atlanta and the line went up, you can find -6's and -6 1/2s on this one. Atlanta 28 Tampa 17.
Dallas -2 (1 unit) :00hour Cowboys better skill position players, Rams off big game @ Tampa LW, Dallas off big win vs Tenn, key here will be how Dez and Murray do receiving vs Ram secondary.
Eagles -6 (1 unit) :sadwave: Skins with Cousins starting, Skins faced Eagles in wk 1 LY and laid a goose-egg until the second half, the Eagles have been down first two games at the half but outgained their opp in both games. This is the NFL folks where coaching and adjustments at the half can help ya sink or swim. Eagles are 5-2 L7 vs Skins and won LY by 8. Cousins looked good LW but against who? Oh yeah, the same Jag secondary the Eagles took apart the hole game. Sproles does his thing with Shady getting big carries vs Skins "D". Watch for Mathews and Celek to have good days as well as big Zach Ertz! Skins are not in the same category as the Colts and the Eagles should expose this early and often in the 2nd half. New Olreans -9 1/2 (1 unit) :00hour played this before it came off the board, just don't see Saints starting off 0-3 and they have some pride to swallow and put it to the Vikes here who looked lost vs NE early LW and now go on the rd to a noisy "Who Dat" Dome. Green Bay +1 (1 unit) :sadwave: Detroit much improved over last year? I guess. Green Bay has a lot of their players who were out vs Detroit LY in 40-10 debacle healthy this time and Rodgers loves playing in Detroit. This is a man's game and Rodgers and company should take the Lions out here, 28-24.
Balt pk (3 units) :00hour Ravens got a big win last Thurs vs Pitt and have a couple extra days rest, Browns off big win at home vs Saints. Cleveburgh beat Ravens LY at home and now face a club wanting to win this one in a revenge situation. Pierce should get some quality carries here and diff will be Pitta getting some touches that Graham exposed Browns secondary with LW. Ravens 27 Browns 21.
Indy -6, -130 (3 units) :00hour Colts 0-2 and played two tough games, @ Denver and at home Mon vs Eagles. Problem here is Colts "O" has been getting the ball down the field and in the end zone quickly after the Colts "D" has been on the field for tons of plays. Colts "D" looked winded vs Denver and they definitely looked winded vs Eagles. Now they can relax and go into Jax and put their "O" game back to work and take care of Henne and company. Jags "D" one of bottom 4 early in the season. Colts 41 Jags 13.
Over 47 NE/Oakland (1 unit) :sadwave: NE can put up points and do it often, especially at home, Raiders have put up two 14 spots vs Houston when game was out of hand and vs Jets with a rookie QB, this time Patriots put the screws to Oakland in the 2nd half. NE 35 Oak 17.
Kansas City +5 (3 units) Chiefs probably will miss Charles, but Davis showed spurts of being able to carry the load LW, KC OL needs to give Smith some time to pass and this will be 2nd week Bowe can get his legs under himself and get some open touches vs Dolphin secondary that EJ Manuel exposed LW. Reid is a good adjustment coach and he'll have Chiefs focused in this game in South Beach! KC 23 MIA 20.
Over 45 1/2 Bears/Jets (1 unit) Bears "O" can put up points, their "D" doesn't shut anyone down, Jets in two games have played??? Oh yeah, GB in which they led big time LW and 19 pts vs Oakland at home? This one should be a shootout unless it's a blizzard or downpour the whole game. Bears 31 Jets 28.
