I am happy with 13, we'll see if it goes down.
Bortles finally makes his first start in sunny SD, similar to FL weather, I think Jax plays better with Blake. Chargers are pretty high but they are coming off a long road trip (Buff). SD should be a popular play at home with Jax getting waxed in 3 straight, losing by an average of 25.

Screw Oakland, I don't want to feel the pain again, Miami sucks as well, not comfy with either of these in London.
