Went against my usual way of doing things by backing the big favorite (Dallas) last night, and it cost me. Lesson learned. Here's what I've got tonight:
MIN -0.5 +125 (*2 units, 200/250)
Only one today, but I've got double the usual bet on it. Wild is 2nd in the league in converting the power play and #6 in penalty killing. SJ is 16th and 28th in these categories. Minnesota has been better at goalie, they're 5-1 at home, and they took the series last year 2-0-2. Can't see why this line is so low, but I'm taking it. If it's a trap, I'm caught, but at these odds, this looks real solid. My only other potential play is an Under in the LA/CHI game, but I was hoping for a higher line than 5. If I can find 5.5, that's a play. Good luck everybody. :shrug:
