two of the most entertaining basketball games ive seen all year. major props to wichita and niagara for taking their respective conference powerhouse to the wire before falling shot- especially niagara. that team stayed in the game on guts alone. mendez is a fu/ckin monster, and he wouldnt let them die. two great hoops games. can only hope the mvc and maac title games are as good as the semifinals were.

gman2,Didn't see Creighton game.But just watched Niagara-Man.Wow,double OT.Purple could of won it at the end.But no call on Mendez was the right non call.He probraly got away with a goal tending before that in the 1st OT.
Mendez was a warrior.What a game.And Darden was a dog.Unreal how he cannot show up in a game like that.I think he ended up with 6 pts,missed open shots,open drives,turn the ball over with a minut to play on a 2-1 fast break.He was thinking about how to dunk and fumbled the ball out of bounds.
Manhattan had trouble vs Niagara's zone.Was not impressed with them at all.
But exciting to watch.And when you have the dog with +7.5 I was happy.
