Weather bets have burned me lately but I can't ignore the snow that's piling up outside my house north of Baltimore. We've got 4" already and it will only turn to sleet and freezing rain.

I think Flacco will have a decent game and I like the Ravens at -6 (not a Ravens fan either), but I really like Flacco under 265' passing yards -140. I think he'll connect on a few decent throws but mostly dink and dunk given the conditions. And more than anything, I see today as Pierce and Rice-heavy, not wanting to make any silly mistakes. Also, like the opponent here. As Rattler observed, the Vikes will try to run AP but the Ravens will stack the box and the Vikes passing game doesn't scare anybody even in the dome much less these conditions. If the Ravens establish any type of double-digit lead, I see run, run, run.

Again, tread lightly as I have been decidedly cool last two weekends, but I like this play.

"the bunker"
qadry ismael was reporting from on the field and said footing is an issue...it`s a heated field and the turf appeared to be "clumping up" around the areas where the players were moving around...it`s some sort of hybrid turf.....he just said the footing could be less than optimal...
