Detroit +153 over MINNESOTA 500/765
Weaver has a history of struggling in domes and specifically against the Twins. I watched him opening day, though, and his stuff was strong at Tampa so I am not worried about any dome hex. Detroit was swinging with confidence yesterday and Minnesota really got some good fortune to pull out the win on one inning with a hit batter and some soft defense. Detroit has the more reliable bullpen, so if Weaver goes 7+ surrenduring 3 runs or less (a pretty good bet), Detroit needs 3 or more runs off Milton, who was rocked last time out and has a sketchy history against the Tigers. Tough to bet on a winless team but in this spot I think they are strong.
