Remember back in the late 90s? Who did I say was the biggest pussy in the NBA?? Remember?? Well, if not, I'll remind you although we talked/argued about this so much, I know you know who I'm talking about. I said in 2000 that the Pistons made out like BANDITS!

GRANT HILL Out again ALREADY for the upcoming 2003-2004 season.
http://espn.go.com/nba/news/2003/0618/1570169.html

The former Duke star was acquired in an Aug. 3, 2000 sign-and-trade deal with the Detroit Pistons in exchange for forward Ben Wallace and guard Chucky Atkins. Hill has played just 47 games since signing a seven-year, $92.88 million contract that summer.

Must be nice sitting on your butt making 13 million a year. Tough life!! Guarantee Allen Iverson would not have been sitting out.

You must be thinking of someone else. I always have thought that Hill was overrated. I admit that I thought McGrady was even more overrated when the two of them signed, but I am no Hill fan, nor have I ever been. I do think I said that Hill would be solid for the Magic (which he obviously hasn't been) but I have never been a big fan of his.

And I have always been a huge Iverson fan as well going back to when I read about his plight in SI when he was serving time after high school.

First the Joe Lieberman comment (you should know that I hate that guy because he is critical of pro wrestling) and now this. And I thought you knew me well...

I remember the IM chat, but I am just saying that I was not all enthusiastic about Hill. I said that he would continue to put up good numbers and that McGrady would not live up to the hype (obviously I was dead wrong on both counts). I am just saying that I have never been a Hill fan at all, even if I did say that I thought he would do well with Orlando.

Come on now, Six, you know my political views better than that. We agree on as much or more stuff than we disagree on. Now there's a *real* instance of someone forgetting the substance of IM conversations ;)
