90 percent of the people here don't have to worry

they wouldn't raise juice imo, it would be just books with chitty -110 lines and 20 cent lines for bases.

they would tax you on your winnings which few here would have to worry about. i'm sure they would allow you to offset losses and be taxed like any other income.
