Interference was over the fence, I thought once fan does not cross fence/line it's not interference?

Joe West special, when can we get young guys to ump instead of fat fucking 50+ year olds. No disrespect to elder folks, I am one...

That was a goofy one.
Not 100% sure how that one SHOULD have been called, but I disagree with the decision.
Foul on both teams and replay the down? sheesh

mlb has to get their review rules improved.
They've been fucking up the reviews on the slides at 2nd base all season.

On the course!
I'm sorry, but those fans are reaching over the wall.

Major League Baseball allows for these huge mistakes by having fans right up against the field. There should be ample space between the field of play and spectators.

Commentators saying it's a break for Sox...it's not a "break", it's a fucking travesty. A game changing decision by a fat cunt that should have been sidelined from being ump 10 years ago...rant over....but...commentators will never question MLB...."break"...

I have to agree with Scratcher here. The rule is clear, the fans have to reach over the fence to interfere. There is no way you can clearly say that they reached over the fence (if fact I think it is clear they did not overtly reach over the fence). There is also no way you can say that he would have made that catch (yes, I know that is not part of the rule). The problem is Joe West made the wrong call on the field and the pussies in NY simply said there was not enough evidence to overturn it. I thought it was a terrible call when they made it and after looking at it many times, I still think it is the wrong call. The idiots in NY should have had the balls to overturn it. West only had an instant to see it so there is no way he had good eye on it, so it was on replay in my opinion to make the right call and they failed to do so. I have no love for Joe West at all as I think he is awful, but this is as much a failure of the replay system as it is his. The call on the field, in this situation, should not matter at all.

I still remember going nuts when Jeffrey Maier interfered. I think my whole condo building in DC heard me. This is just as bad as it was a potential game and series changing call.

so now we aren't going to give a fielder the room necessary to make a great play.

how wrong does that sound

and furthermore you have limited the great ability of the outfielders to reach up and over the wall and as the expression goes...and...........

"bring one back."

time to tell the fans to leave the ball alone til these great players can't get to it..

home or away fans.........

Think that is easier said than done. If a ball is coming at me, I am going to react, not simply get out of the way. Most people will as it is instinct with no time to think. Here is a crazy suggestion, build the walls high enough so the players can not reach in!

I think Houston rebounds big tonight.
