Minority leader Sen. McConnell has flip floped on campaign finance reform. Why? The Dems in senate wants to pass a campaign reform bill, McConnell needed to filibuster the bill.

While mentioning Kentucky, senate candidate Rand Paul says mining regulations are unnecessary. Mine workers will stay away from unsafe mines prompting self regulation.
