Bull shit.. Police did not respond to a stalled car. The engine was still running.. They responded to the two 911 calls that came in saying someone has parked their car in the middle of the street.. the car is still running and the doors are open. He is blocking traffic. One caller got out and tried to help him but because he was acting erratic and saying his car was about to blow up. She sped away and called 911.. She mentioned she thought he was on something.

She came in with no headlights on to simply investigate.. Which is why here dash came was not activated. It wasnt till after she tried to talk with him that she phoned in to dispatch that the owner of the vehicle was not cooperating and called for back up. You dont call in 4 cops and and a helicopter for a stalled vehicle.

Now having said that.. As far as I can tell shooting him and killing him was NOT justified.. She should have tried to taze him first.. The fact is Crutcher could have prevented his own death if he simply would have listened to officers and got on the ground. I didnt say this merited a death sentence.. Im saying it was avoidable. There have been what?.... 4 or 5 cops killed in the last few weeks. Some purposely ambushed. Another three were purposely ran over while standing outside of a store. (Some how, miraculously, that suspect lived and was taken into custody.. How is this possible if cops shoot blacks for no good reason.?
The point is the officers are on edge and the second he reached for the door handle she panicked. Very sad on all fronts.

The window was indeed rolled up as attested to by police chief because of the blood stain on it. The victim had no history of drug use, nor was there pcp found in his car. Police did respond to vehicle, just not the accused murderer that had previous excessive force complaints.
