I won't resort to name-calling, but will instead let pictures explain my point.
From the first example, calling Obama a "radical left" would mean that he supports anarchy, communism and socialism. While you do like to make that inference, the government bailing out Wall Street and allowing billion-dollar corporations to influence governmental policies, in addition to countless other examples, disprove his so-called affinity to the left.
From the second perspective, Obama would appear to be as radical left as his Republican brethren. So if this is what you're referring to, you shouldn't be all that upset as his actions aren't that far removed from conservatives, despite the liberal moniker.
So, maybe, "radical left" isn't the correct term to use when describing the current president.
