Mornin Skip! Thanks very much for the tickets and the table, we were really close!

When he started with Metallica, it was on!!!

The wife said her fav part was there towards the end when he was talking about his father.

Entire night was just a great time!

Thanks again.

P.S. Pretty sure I'm out on the golf. Deb with my sis for 4 hours? Not good.

:toast:

He talks about his father every time he comes on Stern and his stories are hilarious. You can also tell that he really loves the guy and is a good family man.

I was telling my buddy on the way out that I have seen numerous stand-ups before, but I have never laughed that hard from beginning to end. The most interesting thing about it, and you don't really realize at the time, is that he worked clean! To me, that is a sign of a great comedian.

I have seen all kinds of comedians live, but 90% of them couldn't do a show with out dropping f-bombs every other word.

I have seen:
Mitch Fatel
Lewis Black
Louis CK
Seinfeld
Dana Carvey
Doug Stanhope
Ron White
Lewis Grizzard

Breuer was better than all of those IMO. :scared

I still want to see Bob Marley, but Rickles is the one guy that I still think is the funniest sumbitch of all time. Would have liked to see Mitch Hedberg before he passed.

One of the old Dean Martin roasts when there was no politically correct bullshit. Rickles roasts Sammy Davis:

Yeah he did his Brian Johnson AC/DC material early on.

You can find one of his interviews with Stern where he talks about hanging out with Lars from Metallica. Classic stuff

I would love to be able to play with any of those guys.

My band got to open up for Dio when he started The Electric Elves back in the 70's.
