I have watched thousands of NCAA games and I have never ever seen a TV timeout skipped (or at least if I did I did not notive). I.e. not having any stoppages in play ( that werent called timeouts) for a 4 minutes period from 16-12-8-4 and so on. Anyway the georgia tulsa game just made it to 12:11... only 11 more seconds! So sad...

Anyway, does anyone know what happens if this were to happen. Would they still have two TV time outs. The under 16 and the under 12 consecutively on stoppages of play? Just curious.
