Hudson Valley area.....NY
North Texas +22.5 over UT *
Yes only one box because UT can win this by 25 to 30.NT plays with 3 gds Watson,Hopkins and Hines. Jones is the fd and Barnett the 6'10 center who is slow. The matchups are the problem.Texas is loaded everywhere.Taylor and frosh Gibson are the gds. Then they play 3 fds who 2 could be post players.Bucjman and Aldridge are 6'8 and 6'10.Tucker is the other fd.Tough defensive assignment for NT because we don't matchup well.Plus NT is not known for its defense. In last 4 games we have given up 88,66,69 and 85 pts.We are also a poor FT shooting team and bad on the bds.Texas has depth and can stick the 3.In last 4 or 5 games they have hit 6-17,16-28,10-25,11-21 and 10-23.
But NT ats has been tough.Lyr they were 13-15 SU but 14-8 ats. They were 8-4 on the road and 12-6 as a dog. This yr there 2-1 ats.
I'll be at the game cheering on my Mean Green.Think they lose 90-72.

SIU -4.5 over Ark LR ***
SIU shoots better, rebounds better, shots FT's better and plays defense.Lyr they were 9-3 ats rd and this yr 3-1 ats.SIU wins this by 10.This team already beat vandy and UTEP.

ECU -5.5 over Western Car ***
Badiane and Cook to tough inside.

West Vir -23 over Bonnies **
Bonnies can't shoot, rebound, play defense or shoot FT's[58%] In last 17 games ats the Bonnies have covered 2-of 15.WV can shoot the 3. Big blowout. They have hit 10,11,14 and 9 tre's in last 4 games.

Zaga -7 over Washies St **
Morrison and Turiaf to much

Bradley -1 over Butler ***
Like this game a lot.Braves beat a good DePaul team. I have this game 4 to 5 pts higher.

Fairfield +5.5 over St Joes *
Gau and defense keep this close

Miami -6 over Fl Int ***

Canes defense will pressure Fl.Hopefully there heads aren't swollen fron gator win.Backcourt dominates this game.

Ok St +2 over Cuse **
Toughest game to capp.Cowboys loaded but its JB's 2-3 zone. How many B-12 superstars got bitten in there ass playing the Cuse zone.TJ Ford,Hollis Price and about 10 others. But I think they catch Cuse here. This games goes down to who has the ball last and scores.Hopefully is not a 3 from Mac.

Pitt-4.5 over Memphis *
can't go against 2 BE teams. Pitt tough

Loy marymount +5.5 over S-bama **
They could win outright.

My numbers were off today. Not playing but like Creighton -4 over Kent.[I had it at -6 or 7]
Buffalo -2 over Elon[I have it at -4 or 5]

Way to many games today. But I'll enjoy being at Erwin Center tonite cheering on North Texas.
going back to NY tomr.It was 76 degrees today in Austin. My daughter had a 2-hour delay back home.Sleet and freezing rain. ahhh

With you on most: N.TX, ECU, Miami, and leaning toward W.VA . I love the N. Texas play as they have stayed with all competition so far. Texas wins easily and could blow them out but I do not think so. I see Texas by 15-18.

I like S. Ill but did not plat because they have a shakey road history over the years. May put a small play on them after reading your perspective.

Enjoy thre game.

Of course you are right. I am not sure who I was looking at this morning. Think I'll play them.

Thanks,
Bill

With you on Zaga and SIU.

Had a guy come in my restaurant last night with a Zags t-shirt on. Definitely a first for me in Dallas. Have a safe trip home.
