Yes but Power Play said Miami 1.5* Strange north cost and Power Plays I believe run by same company. If im wrong I am deeply sorry.

Not the same company. Northcoast does put out a newsletter called Power Plays. The newsletter uses statistical analysis to predict the outcome of games. Phil Steele uses this analysis in his selections but does not base his selections solely on it. The Power Plays in the Service Report is completely different service.
