if you would have seen how inexplicably wide open the tight end for toledo was on 3rd/38, youd understand. simply put, niu doesnt deserve to win if they get beat on 3rd and half the field (for a TD no less)

the thing is, i really wasnt trying any sort of "jinx" or whatever. you could see it on the faces of the NIU players after the 3rd/38 touchdown. totally demoralized. it no coincidence that northern illinois hasnt scored since that point in the game

Hey, gman. I was just kidding. I am wanting to vent on my apparent loss on So. Miss. They are ahead 17-0 after 1 qtr and now are not going to cover the 17 spread. (20-17 late in the 4th). I hope they at least have the courtesy to lose straight up if they aren't going to cover.
