Texas +7.5 over Oklahoma *
Small play.My daughter graduated from UT.Is currently doing her masters there.This is the year.ha I'll buy into the 2 new defensive coord's,Benson,etc.Young doesn't sit in the pocket.Stubbs brother is in Zona,etc. One box for Texas.I've already spent 2,000 boxes on tuition there so whats another one box if OU wins 44-17.
Florida st -18.5 over Cuse **
I watched Cuse-Rutgers last week.Cuse has no passing game.Patterson couldn't hit open Wr's.He overthrows,underthrows,etc.Reyes had his breakout game and Rhodes is a nice partner.But FSU run defense will stop this combo and force Cuse to pass.
Hart picked apart the Cuse secondary and Cuse had no pass rush what so ever vs Rutgers.
FSU defense should dominate.Cuse is 19-65 on 3rd downs.Sexton and co will win big in the dome.The turf makes FSU even quicker.FSU wins this by 25.
Northwestern -10.5 over Indiana ******
strong play. NU's spread offense with Basanez at the helm will be tough to stop.Herron is running great.NU's big win over Ohio St wasn't a fluke.They outrushed and out passed OSU.NU defense and special teams are playing well.
IU's new no huddle offense needs time to devolp.IU on the road in B-10 conf games haven't won in 2 or 3 yrs.They never cover either.ATS record away is terribe.Last 3 games lyr they lost 31-3,55-5 and 52-7.This yr Kentucky beat them 51-32.They did upset Oregon though on the road.Thats there one exception in 10 yrs.
Lyr NU beat IU by 6.But Basanez and the big "mo" give them a comfortable home win.
Army +14.5 over Cincinatti *
Last nite at my HS's football game one of my good friends who works at the Point said.." Army surprises everyone this week.Best week of practice.Nevels the qb has been benched.He went to Ross and asked to be a WR and punt returner.Dahman will Qb[he is not one of my favorites]Alexander the WR is back.Army defense will have a hard time containing Guidulgi and his 2 rb's in Benton and Hall.Cincy has a pair of DE's that are outstanding.
But UAB just beat them and just maybe there still a little down.Army outplayed TCU last week.Think they keep this close.
Have to respect my buddy because he saw them all week in practice.But I'm still a little leary.
ECU -3 over Tulane ***
If I only listened to my son who is a frosh at ECU.I'd be 3-1. Dad.."west vir is going to kill us" WV won and covered 56-23. Game 2.."dad..Wake is going to kill us also..ECU coverd..my son was wrong. Game 3. "dad..will give Cincy a good game. ECU covered losing by 5. Game 3..dad..Louisville is going to kick our asses. Cards win 52-7.
Two nites ago. "dad..this team is hungry.We are going to kick Tulane's ass on Sat.And please send some more money to my e card.
I did capp this game.Pirates win and cover and son of box will get drunk tonite.Eight boxes on that last prediction..

Colorado offense has some big problems.Esp if there one stud Purify is hurt'in.He had a seperation of shoulder and is listed as probable.Klatt is no threat unless your the North Texas defense.Two wins were because of their defense.They held Mizzou to 17 pts but lost because they scored 9 pts.Mizzou dominated but missed 3 fgs.
OK St comes in with a 4-0 record but they haven't played anyone but UCLA.Iowa St,Smoo, and Tulsa.But Morency has been running on everyone.If A frosh from North Texas gained 257 yds on the Buffs defense Morency could have more.OSU run attack will cause problems and Woods might be forced to pass.Cowboys have thrown only 47 times.
OSU has covered in the past vs Colorado but are not great road ats in B-12.But today I think they do it.Esp if Purify can't go 100%.If he's out I'd throw another box or two on this game.
Purdue -10 over Penn St ****
Looks like a trap.Has all the markings of a trap.Purdue winning big at ND.Penn St having problems with Minny and Wisky away.Penn St coming home to the Happy Valley.Lions played good defense holding Minny and Wisky to 16 pts each.Problem is offense is so bad they scored 3 and 7 pts in those games.Mills looks terrible and they got 21 yds on the ground vs Minny.
Purdue hasn't really beaten anybody but ND.Cuse,Ball St and Illi.But Orton can throw. Stubblefield can catch. Orton has over 25 td's.Papa Joe will put some real wrinkles in his defense today but I think with no offense Purdue will get a few scores and cover the 10 pts.I see Purdue struggling for awhile and do not think they will blowout the Lions. I see a 24-10 or 27-13 type of game.
Northern Illi -18 over Central Fl ****
UCF is one of the worst teams in the country.If Buffalo beat them by 28 pts last week.AJ,Wolfe,and co roll over them and win by at least 3 td's.

Forget revenge.Cal defense steps ups.But its cal's offense that has to worry USC.They beat them lyr and cal is better this yr.USC isn't as good and will struggle.Close game but I'm grabbing the pts.
Stanford +5 over Notre Dame **
I think they give ND big time problems.They almost knocked off USC.They beat BYU 37-10 and ND was upset by them.Edwards and Lemons will give ND all it can handle.
