Sheffield might get a second cortisone shot soon. ``Sure, it's a concern,'' manager Joe Torre said. ``But again, I think he's convinced everybody that his discomfort is not a big problem for him.'' Offseason surgery remains a possibility for Sheffield. ... Torre hasn't decided if struggling OF Bernie Williams will get a day off Wednesday.
