Does anyone know how to set up a notification email whenever a specific person makes a new post to this message board?

Bottom left of every thread there's a 'subscribe to this thread' option under 'Thread Tools'

I know it can be done, but only place I saw how was a subscription only website where I needed a license w/ v bulletin to access the info.
