Good job USC. I bet with my heart and lost. ND's defense is horrible. They made a couple plays and ND's offense couldn't convert. ND's offense isn't what it was last year, but its the defense's fault that they couldn't compete with USC.
ND wasn't able to punt and play any kind of field position b/c Weis and Co. couldn't trust the defense not to give up yet another score.
Its not just this game, but the last 2 years.

I wonder if this is a problem with talent or with coaching or both, but the next couple years should tell.
I love ND, but they are not a top 10 team this year. USC or Florida should play for the title and USC should control its own destiny under the system. Fla should get in over Mich and if both those teams lose, then Mich should get in.

I hope OSU wins the title. I hate USC but tonight I was a little jealous. They actually know how to play defense.

I think Booty is very average, but Jarrett is a beast and the O-line is really good. Defense is very, very fast.

ND got manhandled. I thought ND's offense could get a drive late and cut it to 7 but it was 3-and-out. That was horrible.

I feel like the Cubs...."wait til next year".

not sure if Usc is as good as they looked cause anyone can pass on that defense. Three guys covered by seven and two are always wide open. Team speed is awful. A couple of times i swear the guys were just jogging along. He should of just went man to man and blitzed every play because if seven cant cover three why not. Also when they did blitz i saw guys running right to the blockers like they were afraid to touch the quarterback or they would have been fined. they could have easily been beaten by fifty. this isnt even a top twenty team.
