Ohio has an outside shot at a bowl game if they can pull off the upset tonight. N Ill in MAC tops right now failed to cover the closing line vs Toledo LW and are only a 2 1/2 pt fav now after opening -4. Defensive opportunities and special teams tonight will decide this game with a nice 14-18 mph stiff wind and near zero wind chills. N Ill 24 Ohio 17.

Opened at 57 steamed down 2 pts and now back up, so perhaps some middle action, but it's the only game tonight and both team's QBs are nicked up - lots of running opportunities and slick/cold pigskins don't make for high scoring affairs with bad kicking games!! GL!!

Excellent observation ROBB!! Yes!! I start capping football games this week for next week, but everyday I'm looking at each sport I cap, NHL, CBB, NBA, CFB, NFL, CFL (brutal season this year) and MLB. I just need to learn to trim it all down to strongest plays instead of matching my plays with what my system says to play!! Hard habit to break but it can and it will, be done!!

Kansas St +2 1/2 (3 units) - WV is a good team but they're hitting that road block, K State players are used to the cold and climate they are playing in this evening. This will be a special teams and field position battle. Jake Waters thrives in these type of games and will show everyone again tonight like he did vs Auburn back in September!

Tomorrow, he told me this evening, watch the lines on the total in the Fla St/BC game, Ole Miss line, Total in UConn/Cincy game and of course USC/UCLA game (line is currently -4 UCLA but he said it will drop 1 1/2 pts before kickoff tomorrow? Alrighty then!!!
