Here's my thoughts... and I'd like feedback pleeez

I think...

the dodgers have clinched...
they will be looking forward to the post-game celebration... and going against Peavy... they will go quietly and quickly...

With Maddux pitching for the Dodgers... he never gets any support... and I dont think the Padres will hit him tonite either
btw I still respect Greg Maddux's talent... love watching him pitch... its too bad he's had to struggle to get wins playing for the lousy Padres most of the season...

Dodgers / Padres gm UNDER....
I think Dodgers may rest people tonite and tomorrow... Padres tonite... SF Friday...

I will be gone for about an hour... then will ck back

I agree in theory, that they will definitely be looking forward to the celebration. I do, however think that both teams are gonna score some runs. Maddux has been getting hit alot lately. The Dodger offense is ON FIRE. I think that the fans are gonna be fired up all night and the Dodgers are going to want to win for them. Also, Joe Torre isn't about to let his team relax. They are the hottest team in baseball right now and I think he is going to want to keep that ship sailing. I'll take the OVER in a very reachable 7.5 total at even money.

If it was against anyone but Peavy, Id agree on over... but it IS Peavy...
Im thinkin that maddux will be fired up to hold his former team down... hell they never scored for him when he pitched for them...

think i'll wait til closer to gametime and see the lineup they put out there too

I do agree w/ya on torre...ive always been a fan of joe... a class act

best team in years? maybe... they have been hot for the last few wks no doubt

whats amazing is how the addition of manny right after casey blake has ignited the rest of the team

and winning in the playoffs is about who's hot... and playing well at the time... momentum...

Angels have been my team since i was a kid, (hav 2 brothers who are big dodgers fans, and another is an angel fan w/me lol)

but ive always rooted for what i think are quality people and players no matter the team...

i grew up in garden grove.. then in hb... went to las barcas at least 1x mo... now in fullerton...
I miss the beach weather! (but not the helicopter noise yknow?)

have u ever had the bravo burger breakfast? whoa.. what a stuffer lol!

i used to do that on wknds when i was still in hb...
moved to nevada about 6 yrs ago... been bk now in fullerton for a yr...
