Ohio but not a Buckeye
Honestly, if USC can get the chemistry together, they're gonna be dangerous.

I've seen them play everytime on TV, and you can slowly seem them getting it together. Early on in the season they were playing selfish.

I've seen him play here in Ohio at the state tournament for 3 years when he was at Cincinnati North College Hill....

Oh, where he was also a TROJAN!

I agree and Beasley isn't far behind. NBA scouts and GM's must be drooling.

My opinion of course but I think he is a little loose with the ball and hope to god he gets it together. There is a reason he is not starting and I believe it is his big head. May be the best freshman shooter in the game but still needs people to pass to. Bottom line this team has no where to go but up, however UCLA will prevail in that conference and prob win the tourney!

Would you really consider him a freshman though? After 6 years in high school, he is 20 years old.

yEAH...when he played as a 7th & 8th grader.

say what you want, he was of legal age and that's all that matters.

i graduated when i was 17 and i could've been held back 2 YEARs!! and still played.

So is he 20? I'm pretty sure he is 18. He just happened to be good enough to play High School ball in 7th and 8th grade, right?

PLUS, he IS starting...

wow, I didn't know he was 20. He's a strange one to me, sometimes I think he'll be one of the greats and then at other times I think he may have already peaked.

It's pretty clear he only went to college because he had too. It was known for years here in Ohio that he was just gonna go pro.

I think he'll excel much more in the up tempo and style of the NBA.

College is more about X's and O's and disecting defenses, etc...He's not all about that.

The kid can D up though! His defensive fundamentals aren't far behind his Offense.

Between him, Jefferson and Gibson I REALLY like this team! I think Floyd is the right guy to bring them together too.
