Lot's of lost opportunities by both teams last night. Questionable calls, maybe? I never dwell in that area. The Clemens injury needs to be factored into game one.

I'm a fan of no team in baseball. I think that helps, as we all know.

I'm sure all of you factor in the "short porch" at Yankee Stadium. I feel this factor, alone, is huge in New York. Right handed pitchers have a hard time winning there for that very reason.

Also feel Yankees left handed batting average is skewed by away parks that favor right handed batters. NYY are built with left-handed power for that reason.

Record: 537-500 +90.1
Playoffs: 3-3 -3.0 units

NYY pk 4 units Going against the public on this one.

Kind of like the under, but is Pettite ready to go six? Not sure. Take my chances, feeling the Yankee bats will score some runs, versus leave guys on base.

KC,
With ya again tonight on the yanks. I think Hudson is a great pitcher, but I think the Yankees know that if they lose this one, it is all but over for them. The Old guys may still have a little left in the tank..ya think???

good luck

I am playing the under as well, but for 1/2 the amount I am laying on the Yanks.

gl Doc,

If Pettite has any kind of arm tonight, going 6 innings, we have the right play.

I'm passing the total tonight but tempted to follow my old addage about the play-offs. When in doubt, play under. Good luck tonight KC.
