Fox, baseball push back start of A's-Yankees for Bush
October 11, 2001
NEW YORK (AP) -- The start of Game 2 of the AL division series between Oakland and New York was pushed back Thursday so Fox could air President Bush's first prime time news conference.
The game's first pitch, originally scheduled for 8:17 p.m., was moved to 8:45 p.m.
CBS delayed the season premiere of ``Survivor,'' and NBC did the same with TV's most popular series, ``Friends,'' at least on the East Coast
