He said today that the people who do not want higher taxes are selfish. Damn straight I am selfish I have mouths to feed and bills to pay, I do not want to give the government more money so they can waste it on crap.

I am at my wits end with this moron, I hope McCain kicks his taxing liberal ass.

Were you one of those who supported the Iraq war? Wars cost money.

Republicans have been using tax cut policy for forever, and you guys are falling for it. Dems want a pay as you go, repubs, buy now pay later.

Republicans give you tax cuts, the government needs money to run, how do they make up for that tax money, they borrow the money, plus interest. Someday that bill will become due, maybe not for you, but for your kids, your grand kids.

I do not think Obama is muslim actually that is laughable, however I do think he is Marxist. I think he wants total power over citizens to tell us what we can spend our hard earned money on.

i think Bush/McCain are fascists. News today is Bush is pushing for more deregulation for business. The question is, do you want to be governed by government or corporations?

I think if Obama does do a bad job, he can be voted out in 4 years. It's a good thing the President has term limits. Just think if Bush were in for life?

I think things can't go on as they have, and John McCain has been in congress for 26 years, the years have been good to McCain, why would he want change? He doesn't, he wants to change who's in the WH, that's him for Bush.

Yeah....just wondering...did Barry or those Hollywood folks asking for higher taxes ever send the IRS extra money just to help out?

The fact is higher taxes hurts the economy. It hurts everyone, not just the rich folks.

If he actually is able to implement his plan, which is questionable, I don't see what the big deal is. People making over 250k have their taxes raised. 200-250k stays the same and everybody else has their taxes cut.

It's pretty amazing and telling that after 8 years of the biggest government in history, all things considered, some would like to continue down the same road. With the justification that, ummm, the opposition is in favor of big government, which is far from proven.

What are we going on, here?
