Like O said the old one he's riding in right now works ok. It's time I say to over hall our miitary like Gate said for the future. And use more drones and new weapons that make a man seem like 5. So lets think about this for a second.....Mexican gangs want what? Power which is equal to money...thus if the drugs became legal..unless they overthrew the US government they would basically have no profit or be rendered useless in the drug game...and is the kidnapping rise from the drug war? or is it those rich SOBs lusting to have a young American sex slave at there disposal....human trafficking is a major money maker! To be honest stopping the kidnapping would be kind of like stopping all the rich doctors lawyers and lawmen from going overseas and paying to butt rape some young boy or a little 8 year old girl from Indonesia or any other poor country. You cant stop it, there will always be a way to smuggle things...the demand for it is what causes it to keep happening not the supply of it!!! this is one of my major peeves with g.b......i`ve been railing on this topic in here throught the bush presidency...

-the military downsizing(i know...they`ll just get rid of outdated cold war crap...like RADAR!)...
-the cap and trade(cut me a deal) bullshit...people who know the right people will be able to buy indulgences to emit carbon.but obviously, these "indulgences" will have no relation to real carbon abatement.... trees planted in rocky and unwatered ground will count as if they had already grown to maturity...yup, that's how it works.

YOU ARE PROGRAMMED TO REPEAT ANYTHING YOU HEAR ARENT YOU? Drugs are bad---like when you smoke a joint and it makes you wanna go out and rape people, or is it the weed that makes people swirve over the solid line while driving and kill innocent people? If drugs were legal..the illegal acts to get the drugs would diminish...just as they did with alcohol. And speaking of alcohol--isnt alcohol and cigarrettes one of the if not the leading killer amongst humans--they arent illegal. I agree laws are needed, but laws should be made to have one respect anothers property and fortunes, not on how you choose to enjoy yourself in your own privacy. This form of government we currently have has too many rules and laws, I can pay for my house that may be worth $160k but cann lose that house for lack of tax payment even if I own the land it stands on...if government had approval ratings and did whats best for us no problem, but when I pay taxes and they arent being used for infastructure and community growth why should I continue to pay them or have to? So even after I pay the house amount off I still truely dont OWN the property.:shrug: (this is another thread I think)
