Observations on the Tourney...

Please keep in mind that I have been away for a few weeks and have not read any other posts. I don't mean to offend or help any arguments.

Teams that I label as "America's teams" that were average at best alll year and now everyone loves them over the past week or so. I wouldn't be surprised if all of these teams are gone by Sunday night or much earlier

West Virginia- This is not a good team.:nono:
Temple
Pitt- very pedestrian team. Have seen alot of people I know with them in the final four... what a joke.:mj07:
USC
Clemson- very overrated conference here. First round upset special

Also, teams that I feel that are very overrated.
UCLA- biggest fraud in America. No way this team makes the final four even thought every "expert" in the business loves them.:shrug:

Duke- No way this team deserved a two seed. Wouldn't be surprised if Arizona beats them.

Pitt- watch out for Oral

Washington st. is by far the worst 4 seed, as is Duke at 2, UCLa at 1.

Butler got screwed. First round in Alabama against S. alabama.... Tennessee got screwed possibly having them in the second round.

The West is the worst bracket I Have ever seen.


That being said, I can't wait to get this started. Feel free to disagree and good luck to all.

The west being such a bad bracket gives UCLA the West. you can say they arent that good...fine...but nobody in that bracket is beating them.

the west is loaded.....arizona is in it!

that said.....ucla should have 4 warm up games prior to san antonio.....the only teams that could beat them are uconn in sweet 16 (if they play their best and ucla plays average) and arizona (because it would be in the elite 8 and in phx and we are due to beat them....that said, we could be gone in 24 hours).

UCLA will cruise through the West with ease. After that I see them beating Stanford in the final 4. Then beating North Carolina in the final.

UCLA is the most balanced team in this tournament and I'm picking them to win it.
