There used to be a place on the strip beside MGM Grand that had Dominican guys hand rolling for you, but that was years ago and that place has been torn down.

When I was out there two years ago I went to the Las Vegas Cigar Shop. They have some wonderful selections to choose from.

Thanks Rolltide. Also found on the internet a place called Don Pablo's on the strip that has guys rolling cigars for you in the shop.
