6 runs in the 8th ****ing inning after being up all game...meantime, every other team I take for the first five innings end up with late rallies. I have never seen anything like the past few days.

Yesterday, I take Toronto and they blow it late by hitting guys with the bases loaded and making errors. Suddenly Halladay is human. Day before that, I take the Os but they make that Janssen kid look like Cy Young.

Take the Brewers first five innings yesterday and they are wait until the ninth inning to come back against Hoffman. Take the Red Sox first 5 and Schilling gives up 3 HRs, then they score 6 runs in the 6th and 7th.

Is it just me or does it seem that there are more blown leads than ever.. I have been on both sides this year so I'm not bitching its just tough to watch that kind of baseball... The worst ulcer maker for me is isringhausen that guy is always all over the place. Closers are the most overrated glamed up part of a team. I know there is pressure but some of the closers in the league are terrible. Isn't it a bad feeling when you just know that they are going to blow the lead before it happens. You can just feel it. Well guys keep fighting

It happens every year Owens, but it does seem to be happening more this year. Thats gambling at its best. I'm gonna go drink another beer and watch the rest of the Padres game. This Young kid is phenominal
