well yes I would say it's "safe"...........but fee can be rather large
can also get killed on currency conversion (some send wires in local currency.....some do not!)
Depends on the book.............I've always just used Western Union for wire transfers, but then again fee can be somewhat high for that as well. But then again if the reason ya want the wire is for "fast money" then Western Union is the way to go. A bank wire can take up to 4 days..........depends on YOUR bank and THEIR BANK
(note in rare occasions currency conversion can actually help you...but this is rare........but two times I have actually MADE money on a wire transfer......but as I said...very rare
