quick thought on the suspension.. first off reynolds definetley deserved to be suspended, second their will be little or no dropoff with Carpenter or D'Andrea whichever replaces reynolds for the week.. Honestly both of these guys may be better than reynolds.. just some info...

You're absolutley right about Reynolds being suspended for this game. It will have no effect on the outcome. To tell you the truth, I've never heard of Robert Reynolds until that play occured.
Something to consider when capping this game though is the fact that Ohio State now knows that they can be beat. Let's face it...after winning 19 games in a row, these kids had it in their heads that they were invincible. Now, their minds have been messed with. Now they know that they are beatable.
So, was that a wake up call or will it remain in their heads that their run is over, and roll over and die.
Tressel will stay with his conservative playing style of "play not lose" and it will get him again this week. I also think that Iowa is chomping at the bit to get a piece of these guys after not getting to prove themselves against them last year.
