Having watched Ohio St this season. I have noticed they prefer up tempo outscore you type ball.
They have played no defense whatsoever.
2 games won 107-69 and 87-75.
Tonite they play a Kent St team that is scoring at will in their 2 wins. 105-50 and 81-74.

PLAYING THE OVER 142 BIG

Good Luck fellas

youve got this ohio state team pegged. because like you said, they treat defense like its something theyve got to suffer through before they get the ball back and a chance to score again. matta has a talented group because he's definitely gotta teach them to play some defense. my only main concern with the total is that kent state isnt a team that likes to run and gun. when theyre at their best, theyre locking teams down defensively and making teams work in the halfcourt. flashes lost nearly everyone from their tourney team last year so this will be their first real test. the sdakst game was a joke. the win over iupui was actually a decent win for them as a good midmajor. i think youve got the right approach to this game. even though kent is a team capable of forcing ohio state to play in the 60s, i dont blame you for making osu prove they can play some D.

Thanks for the info.
I know how Kent teams play for the most part.
I think teams know that with no Oden or size in the middle, that you can take it to this young team.
VMI was cold from the outside and still put 43 on them in the 1stH.

Like you said, my play is based on what my take is on OSU thus far.

Kent is making Ohio St work on the defensive end and they are trying to drag the game out like you said.
Ohio St is in a hurry to score and they are pressing, but not forcing any turnovers.
I think Kent hangs with them til the end.
Kent is out rebounding the hell out of them.

Big 2ndH,but not big enough.
140 is a tough beat when they had 3 minutes and just 7 points needed.

Gonna try the OVER in WU/PEPPERDINE.

I know WU is going to focus more on post play, but this should still be up and down.
