thanks for your great job in the two lesser conferences--i live close to siu and go to the saluki games--i went to school at siu and iu--needless to say, i am a saluki,hoosier,and hawkeye fan(i always liked alford and the iowa fans--the fans have always been very supportive of hawkeye sports.) i never could find what happened to the iowa basketball team at the beginning of the year--why only 7 or 8 players--could you enlighten me? thanks again for all you do.

iowa has very young talent--two kids got kicked off, 1 kid susopeneded for sexual misconduct- he was their star--i hope alford stays good coach but has taken alot of heat for backing this kid who is suspended.
