Yeah, Notre Dame had 15 kids play in that All-American bowl:scared , next closest was ohio state with 7.........
they have the #1 class this year and had the #8 class last year.........Fat Charlie has 2 years to prove hes the one, or he'll be coaching in conference USA

ND is a wild card within the college football landscape right now.....if they can rebound and be a player, things just get that much more interesting. They have a lighter schedule next year than they did this past year, so I think for sure they will be bowl bound......those recruiting classes speak for themselves.
The question is.....is Jimmy Claussen the answer at QB.....never was really impressed with him, but he got tons of experience, which is critical going forward.....is he guy or should ND open that position up for competition?

If Chuck doesn't learn to teach 17-18 year old kids the fundamentals it won't matter who he brings in.
Let's not forget NBC and Tom Lemming determined who played in the Army game. ND has a great class going but it's not light years ahead of the rest of the pack. Their biggest commit so far is Crist the QB. Clausen is a donkey.
I haven't seen a class like this for ND, in quite some time..........I hate the Irish, but give it up to their recruiting, they sold a 2-10 program or whatever they were....top TE in the country, a pair of top 8 wrs, Crist like you mentioned, 3 LBS all in top 10 at their pos, #4 DE, etc, etc.....however if they get Nick Perry, I won't be happy, he belongs in Mich
