I own 2 restaurants. Sadly both needs a good roof repair cause the both have leaks. and, of coarse, both are flat. anybody have a good suggestion on what to use?
Is there something I can buy in buckets that I can have my cooks just slap on?
or is a roof something I need a pro to do:facepalm:

It's not that expensive to get a roofer to do the job. How many square feet?

Go to Lowes or Menards in the contractors area and tell a manager that you are looking for a good roofing sub-contractor. Make sure he understands that you want to hire the guys that are doing the work for the contractors that gave you the bids.

I don't know where you live but around here roofing is very high the last few years because of all the hail damage. They have more work than they can handle so the prices shoot up big time. But the subs aren't getting paid any more than usual, the company is kicking ass.
