kiskserv...i've been contemplating taking sj all day...detroit isnt playing very well right now and joseph has been anything but steady ...sj is a tough team to get a beat on but they certainly have the talent to play with the best on any night...its just a matter of which sharks team shows up...im still thinking about this one...but i certainly dont think detroits play as of late warrants a lopsided amount of plays on them...

I also think San Jose is a good value pick against Detroit tonight. For all the reasons mentioned below. I'd like to add that the Sharks know they need a big win for them to get a push into the playoffs. Time is ticking away quickly fro them to make a run. They have also played much better during the last 7-8 games and the names of their defensive core, with the addition of McLaren, are very impressive. The Wings are struggling and will definitely come out strong to try to get out of their slump because they are also slipping away. Chelios' character has been missed during the time he's been injured. He's should come back soon; look for them to bounce back then, in my opinion.
But then again... I have a 6-25-2 record since the All-Star break!
