West Virginia will beat Maryland straight up. This is a big game for the Mountaineers...they are focused and I have a tremendous amount of confidence in WVU's coaching staff's ability to create a great game plan.....Rodriguez may be the best in the business (12-2 in the big east last two years..2 losses to Miami) at game planning..........from the outside it would seem like this a Vegas trick to set a line so low when the last two matchups have been so lopsided. I don't think Maryland respects WVU...which is a great formula for a bettors dream......I think WVU will win straight up...maybe easily. I will put a dime on this.....i hope I am right.

I think the Mounties have a chance because MD may be a bit flat having dominated them so much, but WVU will not win this game easily. They just don't match up well against MD's defense.
By the way, the public consensus is around 60% on WVU.

Rod is a very good coach, but I am sorry he is not as good as the Fridge. What he has done with the MD program is unbelievable. Remember, he is dealing mostly with players his staff did not recruit. I was on the sidelines of the MD/WVA game and it was not even a contest. MD could have won 50-0 if they kept their starters in. WVA is improved, but that much? I think not, people continue to understimate the Fridge and MD, lay the points.

Henry has had back spasms...he has not practiced a great deal this week...but, I am pretty good friends with rodriguez's brother...I called him last night in jacksonville...he said that henry is feeling better. He is a big part of this offense!

Thanks, what about the other receiver? I heard they sent him home then reconsidered and brought him back. I know he isn't a huge part of the offense but still would like to know.

wvu looking bad early, jumping offsides, fumbling, dropping passes, but they do play 4 quarters.
Funny how the 'squares' could realize Maryland is the better team in every phase of the game, including coaching, and that WV doesn't match-up well with them at all, as evidenced by their last two meetings.
Its always a mistake to think the money pushing the line is "the public".They are people that are betting with real cash and they might know something too.You'll get 'em next time.
