Thanks chuck. Director of HR is out of my range as I don't have the experience for that position yet. I've been an office services coordinator, office manager, and office administrator in my career. I do recognize the law firm you mentioned.
Like I said, I appreciate the help and you thinking of me when you spoke with your buddies. I think when I first lost my job I took it a bit too easy, thinking it wouldn't be THAT hard to land back on my feet. I'm certainly finding it to be a bit more challenging than anticipated.
I think you could do it! Most HR directors have their peons do most of the work anyway. I could see you up in front of that classroom explaining all the new benefits to the employees, Bart. The HR director I know very well (150 employees +) is always taking vacations and days off. I tell her that her job is a joke, and she just laughs at me and takes another cruise.
