I might also be the last. Plenty of you people have gone to absolutely crazy extremes in all these threads. All the he said, she said is crazy, but I guess plenty of you have passion for the game which is fine.

Before the series I bet the Lakers. I hedged out a good deal of it as the games unfolded and now stand to only lose 1k, which isn't much. Life will go on.

I just want to say, I can admit I was so dead wrong on this series, by my standards this is the worst capped sporting event I have ever done. I don't care about the refs, I don't care about injuries, I just watched the Lakers get their asses handed to them for five straight games. All Laker fans should be embarrased. Detroit earned this title, nothing less. Nothing was handed to them. No excuses here, Detroit was the dominant, better, better coached, more athletic, and hungrier team.

So, as a laker backer, I will be the first to say congratulations to real Detroit backers (not some of you delusion posters), and well done. You just mopped the floor with the Lakers.

i agree....detroit played with heart and determination and who knows what the lakers were doing for 5 games:shrug: sure i wanted la to win because i'm a laker fan but they did nothing to win....
