Oklahoma St (-1.5) over Pitt
Pitt has size in the paint but IMO so does Texas and the Cowboys beat them 3 times. Pitt has streaky players and Okla St has a solid all-around team. Pitt has looked bad at times and their offense against Central Florida looked terrible. I'll give Wisconsin some credit but they should have been beat by Richmond, if they were not in wisc and the spiders tried to slow the pace of play then Pitt would have had to face Richmond last weekend. I think Okla St's ability to run and gun while playing out of a set offense will be too much for Pitt. Defense for the Cowboys WILL create turn-overs and should lead to some easy buckets.

St. Joes (-2) over Wake Forest
Wake Forest lead by Freshman sensation Paul. BUT the Decons will IMO have their hands full. WF has had tough games with great guard play (Manhatten/ VCU). Yes Williams is tough inside but the bigmen for St. Joes can shoot which will draw him out side of the lane. Paul vs. Nelson will be a great match-up but IMO the game is won by West and Carroll hitting the 3 when Nelson drives and dishes out to them. WF is a colapsing defense, which will give players open looks at the three. Side note is this team loves their coach and a little emotion about Billy Packer/Martelli may help the Hawks come out strong early.
