I have 5 zone in my sprinkling system--how many minutes a zone should I run my sprinkler--Denver area. Used to run it 23 minutes a zone-3 days a week.-good grass. City told me 5-6 minutes twice a day-3 days a week--tired that-grass got brown. Up to 15 minutes now a zone 3 days a week--better but still struggling--what do you suggest? Thanks --I run it at 4:15 in the am.

Far from an expert. I put my own system in and prefer to run it twice a week at 20-25 minutes per station. I think it gets to the roots and helps maintain through the summer heat.
