yes, USA will score over 100 with ease! But what will Mali score that is the question. I too think they will let up at the end and let them score some point. USA know they can beat Mali so why make them a laughing stock on court for the world to see. The game is all fun & game to these girls.

Have only seen 2 games so far non US.
Saw South Korea and I think +22.5 is a little high vs. Aussies. I thought it would be around 15-17.

China should cover the -20 vs New Z. as I saw think Mali and New Zealand are one in the same.China beat Spain by 3 and Spain has won its other two games by 20+ each.(23 over NZ)

Watched Greece lay it to Germany and they took Dirk and Kaman out of the game ALL TOGETHER with double even triple teams at times. Greece had enough big men to do this. DOES SPAIN?? I think they put Gasol brothers on Kaman 1 on 1 entire game. How they defend Dirk is anyones guess but double teams should be common.

I wanted to wager the O/U as well as the spread on this game, but I just couldn't get a grasp of this game. Everytime I look at it, I couldn't understand why Spain was -15.5 and the O/U was 148. I was thinking with the caliber of players that the OVER was an easy hit, but I juts couldn't put my thumb on this game.

If it helps ANYONE, my thinking is Germany +15.5 and OVER 148

China by far isn't a high power offensive team. Their style fits a "low scoring game." Angola had about their best game so far when they played USA and lost by 21. On the other hand, they haven't played the best defense...However, China's total points allowed is a bit skewed dew to the 13 points in OT from their previous game against Spain.

I'm thinking U150.5, as far as the spread, I'm not a big spread better in NBA, but my 2 cents would be 14 seems safe, but I don't like China's style to bet their spread.

Czech(women) (-20) over New Zealand

Lithuania is WAY better than Russia and a 3-0 would allow them to be ready to rest players soon with win already over Argentina to get ready for quarters.

China will roll Angola(I think) as they want to win SO BAD at home and they still think next round is a possibility. Points no longer matter though with Germany loss today. They MUST WIN this game and Germany game to make it to next round.

Czech should lay it to NZ as NZ should have lost to Mali on Day 1. Czech beat Mali by 34. I think Czech wins this one by 30. I have been ICECOLD on the women after a good day 1 though.

Line is creeping up as it is now -6.5. Still no worries.

Russia has launched 41 3's in its first two games and they like to push it and take quick shots.

Lithuania has launched 43 3's in its first two games and they will run as well.

Last game Russia had 28 fouls and gave up 29 FT attempts vs Croatia.

Lithuania had 31 fouls and gave up 35 FT attempts.

All these numbers add up to a OVER play for me.

Russia's win over Iran by 24 is looking less and less impressive as Aussies are hammering Iran by 30 early in the 4thQ.

I know the Aussies are not that great as was proven when Argentina had NO ISSUES with them.
